Welcome to the St. David’s Society of Hong Kong

We are a membership society for Welsh people in Hong Kong, or for anyone in Hong Kong who has an association with, or affinity for, Wales.

We are long-established in Hong Kong and celebrated our Centenary Ball on 26 February 2011. Our aims are to provide a society for the mutual benefit and association of our members and to promote and celebrate the culture, language and spirit of Wales in Hong Kong- for example, by celebrating St. David’s Day and, of course, meeting for rugby matches.

We put on a number of events throughout the year and would encourage you to keep an eye on this website for details and to attend- you will be warmly welcomed!

Annual Ball 2012- SOLD OUT

Our Annual Charity Ball will take place on Saturday 25 February 2012, at the Hong Kong Football Club from 7.00 pm to 2.00 am.

Our special guest this year is Welsh Soprano, Gwawr Edwards, who will be supported by the Hong Kong Welsh Male Voice Choir.  We will be showing the Wales v England game at 12 p.m!
